MindFull Monday:

Tangible tricks backed by science to increase your livelihood and level TF up.

Overall, this week’s theme is about FLOW STATE. Basically, this is a state of total immersion, carrying tasks out with more care & presence, ultimately boosting our serotonin production providing stabilized and long-lasting happiness, focus, and clarity.

So, how do we get into flow state and increase MindFullness?

  • Cook: making ourselves food gets us into a flow state, which increases serotonin and increases creativity and presence. This partners with the simple fact that nourishing your body is self care in itself.

  • Breath work or shaking your arms and legs to release pent up, stagnant energy.

  • Take a walk without the distraction of your phone or podcasts

  • Call a loved one

  • Mind dump journal

  • Sit with your face in the sunlight, eyes closed for a whole minute, breathing into your heart center. BIG energy shift.

  • Make space to intentionally give others support or joy

  • Find a creative task that gets your inspiration sparked. Write, paint, dance & get in touch with your inner child.

  • Ten minutes of movement is enough to get the body into a flow state. A mind-to-muscle connection is key for releasing negative emotions and moving into a state of higher and more grounded consciousness, boosting dopamine, serotonin, and focus receptors.

  • Extra points if you’re drinking ketones!

We will catch up next week, find your flow, tap into some MindFullness, and keep up with our INSTAGRAM! We are officially up and posting!

Thank you for all of your love and support and excitement during these past beginning months, we have so much to share with you soon :)

With love,

Rachel
